You have such a lovely art style! I love how this whole thing loops around back to the start

Sailliol responds:

Yes. Thanks; the four seasons again and again. ^^

I really love the art style, it's so cute! Everything about this is great

This was really well done! It's always great seeing claymation on this site. Can't wait to see the next one!

Twin-Tales responds:

Happy to hear that you enjoyed it! Love the handmade feeling of claymation myself.

This is weird, but the good kind of weird. It takes me back to shows like Grizzly Tales and A Town called Panic for some reason. I'm interested to see where this will go.

The quality of the animation is really great!
I do feel that there was just something missing in between when the two characters meet and the flamingo ending up on the floor. If he showed interest in the umbrella or tried to grab the umbrella with a failed attempt first, I think it would've worked a lot better.
It may have even worked if there was just a back and forth stare between the two characters that increased in awkwardness and tension, showing the flamingo looking uncomfortable or something.

Everything else after that is great!

This is very nicely done, I love the traditional style and pencil drawings.
The only critique I have for it is that I feel that some parts were too slow, in particular the land and the beam attack. That's a bit more of a personal taste though.
Well done!

I think you may be better off reducing the length of the animation considerably. There isn't a lot of action or exciting twists and turns throughout a lot of it, and because a lot of the animation is simple, having such a long running time can quickly make things boring.

It may also help with your budget for this. If it gets cut down in running length it may work out better for you. It may be hard but try cutting it down to at least half the length of this one.

Overall, pretty good. One minor thing I feel could've been executed better was the plan video. It was all great until step 4 came on with just a bunch of ????. I think that could've been a good opportunity to add in some humour there instead. Maybe there was an error in the video and some cheeky holiday snaps got in as step 4 or something instead. I know that's a cliche but it's just an example.

The only other thing I noticed is that there seems to be a lot of camera movement. Sometimes it's good and as it should be, but I feel there were times when you didn't need it. The camera is constantly moving and I know that is most likely a stylistic choice, but there were a couple of spots where I don't think it was needed. I don't think it was needed when showing the blue guy who was shot, when the human was looking at both soldiers and after putting that tank into the machine. The zoom in when it got put in was fine, but then it zoomed in again and I think that was unnecessary.

Overall, pretty good though and you seem to be on your way!

Always love watching these, another one that's well done

Loved it! Nice to see a different take on Pokemon evolving as well, really nice

A couple of guys out there creating an animated series for YouTube the best we can! Hoping to create something that we enjoy and something that others enjoy and want to see more of as well.
